About the Author
Professor Faust F. Rossi received his law degree from Cornell Law School, and was an editor for the law review. He is the Samuel S. Leibowitz Professor of Law and Trial Techniques at Cornell Law School, and has served as a consultant on the Federal Rules of Evidence for numerous state and federal associations. He is the author of many books and articels on Evidence, and received the National Jacobsen Award for excellence in teaching.

Nice intro to the subject

Have never really gotten too deep into evidence, so thought I would buy these tapes to 'freshen' myself on the subject prior to taking the Evidence class. I got a lot out it and would recommend these audio cassettes. His voice was a little harsh early on, but I got used to it quickly.

Stupid me for not reading. First, I purchased these thinking they were CD's. They're not. They're tapes. Second, I didn't read the publication date. These are from 2001. MUCH has changed in the Federal Rules of Evidence since 2001.
